Recently, the name of actress Sunny Leone came in the merit list of a college in West Bengal. Now the name of Bollywood singer Neha Kakkar has also been added to this list. Neha's name has come in the top of the merit list of a college in Malda district in West Bengal.
Anirudh Chaudhary, principal of Manikchak College in Malda district, said that after the first merit list was released on Friday, he had issued a fresh list correcting the mistake. On Sunday, he said- 'We have lodged a complaint with the local police station and the Cyber Crime Cell of West Bengal Police. It is a bullying of someone who wants to spoil the higher education system and online admission process by putting the names of celebs in the merit list like this. The College Students Union of Trinamool Chhatra Council also believes that there is a hand behind this kind of action.
It is to be known that Sunny Leone's name was third in the list of English Honors of Barasat Government College in 24 Parganas District on Saturday. Sunny's name was among the English Honors (BA) selection list of Baj Baj College of South 24 Parganas among 157 candidates. His name has also appeared in the merit list of Ashutosh College, Kolkata. Before them, the name of US Star Danny Daniels, Mia Khalifa has also been released in the merit list here.
Explain that the West Bengal government has announced some time ago that all the admissions of undergraduate courses will be online this year. In view of the state of pandemic this year, the processing fee for the admission process will not be charged.
